The legs and shoulder pads were primed white, then painted. The blue base coat is on the legs, and I plan to paint blue over the center of the shoulder pads so the yellow border shows. The backpacks and guns are up to be painted next. (If I was smart, I'd prime/paint everything at once, but I got impatient. I'll try not to make that same mistake again.)
